kdml
Is there any way to restore the color of the trunk lock emblem? The red section of mine is no longer red. Thanks Doug
RivNut
The color is on the back. You should be able to repaint it from there. You'll need to carefully clean what's there making sure not to touch the chrome. I've had success repainting plastic emblems using fingermpnail polish. It dries hard and shiny and it goes on fairly thick so it doesn't have a tendency to run.
kdml
The back all looks silver. If I remove the silver I get to the color?
RivNut
Looks like some wheel centers I've dealt with. Chances are you won't get the silver off without disturbing the color under the silver. Then you're getting close to the chrome as well. The other option is to try and find a good one. There are a number of vendors in the Riview who carry parts from parted cars. Contact one of them and see what's out there.
