B.Goode
I have pulled the rear axel and torque tube assembly from my 55 Special, and am looking to buy a kit to stop it from leaking from the torque ball. I believe there are different qualities available, from the different vendors. Do you guys have any advice as to which manufactorer has the best quality kit? Bob's Automobilia has good parts too. I had a failure on one from CARS: seems that the rubber on the outer torque ball retainer detached and swelled like it was not even compatible with oil; this retainer was zinc plated and that may have been an issue also.
