Cronjie
Hello, I am currently working on my 41 Century and am trying to stop some leaks (or at least slow them down). I was told that there are no rear main seals for a 320 other than the rope seal. I can find neopreme seals for the 248 , but not the bigger 320. I sure would like to find a neopreme seal. I have a 55 Cadillac that had a similar issue and found that the neopreme seal for a 318 engine fit perfectly. Has anyone found anything better that the old rope seal, or a compatible substitute? Many thanks in advance.

Owen_Dyneto
Nothing wrong with a rope seal, properly installed they will typically last the life of the engine.
