Forum will not remember me

I keep having to log in no matter what computer or phone I am using.  I always click "remember me" but once I close my browser, I have to log back in again.

 

any ideas why this is happening?

That would most likely be your browser settings. I suspect it is set to clear your cookies upon closing. Sometimes some anti malware software controls those settings. Good luck with it.

No.  Nothing has changed as far as settings and it happens on all three of my computers and phone

I would double check your settings. For instance, if you use Google Chrome like I do, if you change a setting on one device, (on purpose or not) Chrome remembers it on all devices when you sign in. Nobody else has reported having this problem, so I feel confident it has something to do with your browser.

Could be.  I noticed on my office computer, it will not even allow me to click "Remember Me" any more

Matt makes a good point in relation to today's browsers.  All four of the major browsers (IE, Chrome, FireFox, and Safari) allow you to sync your settings via the internet between your devices.  But this sync can sometimes create unexpected results as different settings from different devices work to sort themselves out in terms of priority. - Bob

I've had the same problem since the last upgrade.
