Sure looks like it to me too.

A number of variations over the years and there used to be a number of brands available. You can see my website for a list of cross reference numbers. The last major manufacturer for them was WIX but they stopped making them about 15 years ago. The only place I know of to buy them new is through Roberts Motor Parts.

There were some conversion kits that fit the original brackets and allow you to put in a (still available) filter cartridge. Mopar specific would be Chrysler part 1123152 but there were more generic ones make by companies like FRAM. And there is a person who advertises in the Plymouth Owners Club's magazine for a new manufacture housing that looks like the sealed canister but that opens up and hides a modern filter inside.

I wish you all the best luck in finding an original type filter.  If you do perhaps you should put it away for judging days and use one of the PB 1/2 or it's substitutes.  According to E bay and other listings these are interchangeable L 93, Chryso 861028; Ace X1/2; PB ½ P; AC P21; Purolator PER ½; and WIX WF1/2.

According to the label on the Champion box this filter C-1/2 replaces: AC-W1, 3, 7, 10, 13, 21; XG1, 2; XJ1; XN1;, 2; XP1, 2; Purolator EA4; E1/2; EA1/2; EF1/2; SA1/2; SAC1/2, SNC1/2; Champion 303. Fram P1/2. Pic 25; C5; D5.  "Bob's Automobilia" has a canister that looks exactly like the Buick filter but has been made to use a modern spin on filter as mentioned by ply33. To help you visualize these I am attaching photos that I made when listing filters for sale.  Included at the end is Bob's modern version.  None of these look exactly like yours but filtering is probably more important that looks.
