Help me identify this Studebaker

In this picture is a supposedly 1931 Studebaker sedan commemorating Route 66 but I cannot identify the model. I've looked at Presidents, Dictators, Commanders & Champions but the one thing that stands out is the bumper. The bumper in this picture doesn't match any of the models I've looked at.

This car has been identified many times on this forum.

Can you tell the model or link me to the thread? Sorry I am new to this forum and any help would be appreciated

I did an "image match search" and this car is a permanent display with ties to the old Route 66, that passed through the Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona.  The car is in the park.

I hope you can do an image match search, as there were a lot of different views of this car

That's where I found the image too. I'm trying to get the model though
