1929/30 Chrysler 66 water jacket covers

looking for one brass/copper water jacket cover for a '66.

(As per pic below)

 

measuring 10"x3" (255mm x 85mm).

 

I willtake 2 if selling as a pair.

I also sell them in original steel for $40. plus postage. \\ I have many other parts for model 66.

Just note that if you put brass on it, galvanic corrosion will attack the block and any other steel near it. You will need to have extremely good anti-corrosive protection in your coolant. Just use steel with the same coolant and the corrosion is far slower. And you can replace it 5 times for the same money!

i removed both plates and one was steel and one was brass.

I'm going the steel option.

Was brass oem?
