Oregon Desert model 45
REPOSTED FROM CRAIGSLIST NOT MINE 1931 Buick 96 parts https://flint.craigslist.org/pts/5888123472.html I have a complete 1931 Buick Model 96 Frame and drive train. The engine is seized at this point but but shows no signs of cracks or damage. The valve train is free and moving. The cylinders have been soaking in penetrating oil for 6 months but has not freed up yet. The engine is complete with full intake and exhaust. The transmission is complete and intact. The chassis is complete with drive train and original lever shocks. This car has wood spoke wheels and rolls freely. I also have two extra original split rims. I have a conservative price in mind as there is value in these parts to a purist. Please if you have any interest don't hesitate to contact me. Pete Phillips
I have a price in mind, also....and the seller probably won't like it. If it's been soaking for six months and the engine still won't turn, you can bet the new owner will be facing some major, major mechanical expenses.
dslkevin
Repairs to a stuck engine might not be that bad. I have a 32 Buick 90 and it's engine was stuck. Soaked it and still did not turn over. Pulled the head and the valves were stuck. Sent the head off to the machine shop and put it back on. The engine runs. jscheib
Green T, This is a post copying an old craigslist, so you will have to call the phone number on the original craighslist post. John
