F&J
I believe it's early Nash, maybe 32. They made so many models each year, and an 1st and 2nd series in 32....they all differ. here is a big series 32 and it's much different, but you can see the design. Smaller series had the lower front tang like yours does, that slides into the center grille strip. Smaller 2nd series is 1060 Six, 1070 smallest eight, First series would be 970 small 8 I'll try to look at my 2nd series 32 six cylinder, but I don't recall those overlapping "scales" like yours has on the cap surround. geeez, Keiser hit right as I was going to.... lol . . F&J
John, I looked at my 32 second series SIX 1060. It's way different around the cap fillier. Mine has a very odd shape cap surround for a flat cap shaped like a manta ray. those odd overlapping scales don't ring a bell on the unknown one. that makes it look less modern than mine? The grille was less outward V-eed shape in first series 32 970, 980, etc I know there are two walk-around youtube videos of 33 nash, both Big Six", one maroon restored, one weathered partially apart one, not sure if the latter had a shell . is this emblem too flat? I can't tell if it has top scales .
