73 Buick Radiator

Not sure which auto supply you might be using, but they should have a source for radiators (new ones) OR could recommend a local radiator shop that does quality work with the better solder.  As Old-Tank mentions, using RockAuto for a research resource can help.  The typical aftermarket brand is "Modine", whose products usually are of OEM-quality (at least).

The replacement radiator will not have the GM stampings (numbers) in the tanks.  Keep your old radiator!  Drain it and put it in a corner or similar in case the replacement radiator has some "fit" problems.

Just checked the RockAuto listings.  Look like the replacements are all plastic tank/aluminum core radiators.  These will cool BETTER than the OEM radiators did.  Prices do vary with brand.  There are also some radiator sellers that you can find on the Internet, most probably with warehouses in Houston or Dallas, so ordering from them should be reasonably quick.  Still, there should be some sources you can tap into in your area!
