Sweet! In the process of converting my drums to disc brakes. Was looking around and found this post ??. Finishing up the whole front end with PST super kit and Addco front sway bar. Also front end 2inch and 1inch rear lowering kit from jamco with kyb shocks. Are these bracket kits better than scarbird?

In your opinion are these better than the ones that are made by scarbird?

well done on producing the disc brake conversion.

 

If it is the standard Buick 5x5 pattern, does this means that later factory rally wheels will bolt straight on to a 63 (with the large front hub) without the need for spacers or machining of the wheels?

Hi Rod,

Yes, later standard 15" factory rallye wheels or standard rims will accommodate this kit without any modifications to a 63-65 Riv or the rims.

USA customers: We do not recommend Duralast parts. Calipers and bearings we purchased from Autozone were faulty.

For 63 Rivs, one thing I forgot to mention is that you will need 5 RH wheel nuts for the left side. Factory studs have LH threaded nuts.
