engine mounts for 1929 chevrolet

Do these early cars, specifically chevrolet, have engine mounts, or do they bolt direct to the chassis. Even though this car is original, apparently the motor was changed, and thus might not have put the rubber cushions on the frame. What do other cars of this era have for engine mounts. Thanks

Chevrolet did not use rubberized mounts until 32 when they came out with all sorts of advancements that made everything smoother.  The earlier engines should be bolted down fairly snug to prevent the bolt(s) and mount from wallowing out the holes in the frame.
