Is this a Lincoln headlight rim?

That is definitely a sealed beam converter for a 37,38,and 39 standard and not even a good one at that. These always turn up as they were so abundant back in the 50s to keep the cars on the road, passing inspection and such. As the cars were restored the original parts were put back and these went to the flea tables. They have little value.sorry.

Here is a 37 with chrome converters and a parking light. When you had the bulb behind glass it had a little parking light bulb above the headlight . Yours are painted without the parking light. If somebody was going to use them they would have to mount an extra light on the fender or bumper like they did on the Model As. That's probably why you found these in unused condition. If I bought this 37 the first thing I would do is find the original parts and put them in.
