Guest Derek's 41 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Looking for a glass replacement lens. I've attached a picture of the drivers side tail light lens that is cracked.
KURTRUK Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 I should have that. Give me all the numbers on the glass.
Guest Bruce Nussman Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Your tail light lense appears to be raised on one end. My 41 LC tail light lense are flat on each end. I have been told both were used on 41LC's. When you find one, make sure it is a raised lense.Good Luck!Bruce Nussman1941 Lincoln Continental1951 Jaguar XK 120 Roadster with high performance Ford power train2004 Corvette Convertable
1941 Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 The flat lenses were EARLY 1941 . My Continental has the flat lenses and is body #90.Mike Lynch
John Murphy Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 The raised tail lights appeared late in 1941 to give a brighter stop light illumination. Very rare. Plastic repros are available. Try Boos-Herrill's on the LZOZ website under "Sources."
Guest Derek's 41 Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 I'm a little late on replying to this, but I recently continued my parts search. I haven't taken the lens out of the housing, and the only numbers on the surface are "Coray tail lamp". I've called Boos-Harrell, and he only has the plastic repro. I really would like NOS if I can find one for sale.
