Guest BJM
I rarely see that color combination on 54's, especially 2 doors. Neat find and glad the crusher is at least offering for re-sale rather then crush it. Class guy. Having said that, I'd say this car won't be purchased for restoration. Could be, should be. It's not any worse then what we did in our garages 20-30 years ago.
MrEarl
Aztec Green is rarely seen because it was replaced by Gulf Turquoise as one of the Spring Colors in March. The Casino Beige top would have looked good on it when new I'm sure. I have a 4 door Roadmaster (borderline parts car) from South Dakota that was originally painted Aztec Green but repainted Gull Gray and is coded as Gull Gray. It was owned by a gentleman who worked for the USDA. Jake, this Super plus Morticia could make for a nice 76R project don't ya think.
retirednow
Sold for $1,625. Glad someone saved it!
Guest BJM
Dave Thanks for following that car. Price made me raise an eyebrow. I have had no luck selling similar cars recently, even used ebay. $1625 is a strong price. Consider, Mr. Earl paid less then that for a 54 Roadmaster 2 door hardtop in similar condition. Guest Rob McDonald
Yikes! Is that Jimmy Hoffa in the trunk? Or is it him on the back seat? Impressive traces of a once grand car.x2 on the colour scheme.

MrEarl
Is that V8 badge from a Y block Ford?not sure about that? I'm still trying to figure out WTH those tabs are going down the side of the body?? Edited June 30, 2013 by MrEarl (see edit history)
MrEarl
$1625 is a strong price.Must have been that rare center console.....and I find it interesting how many '54 Super's and even Century's came with rubber front floor mats. The backs were carpeted in all series as standard but optional in the front. Edited June 30, 2013 by MrEarl (see edit history)
