Paul Falabella
I am cleaning up the ventiport/portholes on the Roadmaster. What color black is correct? Mine are too faded to tell the original.

FLYER15015
Aw shucks, I'm too late to recommend you cut out the centers and run the headers thru there. The '55's are the only year port holes that you can do this, and make them look good. But then I guess a guy could put '55 ports on just about any year Buick. There is even another forum discussion going on now about sticking "blinking lights" in them. Red seems to be the color of choice.I'd say why not go for the real thing, and lets see the flames.............Mike in Colorado
Paul Falabella
Actually I have the Ventiports hooked up to the NO tank and I purge through them. Looks cool before a run. 23.45 at 62.3 mph last time out.
FLYER15015
23.45 @62.3 ???????Heck, in high school I had a '52 Plymouth that ran faster than that. Course it had a '55 Dodge Red Ram hemi in it. Scared the crap out of the Chevy guys...........Mike in Colorado
Paul Falabella
That was only an 80 spray. I can shave a second off at 150.
