Where others I've seen; "ON" is to the right. Part # on main body of my unit is 1440215. Was there a model difference? Did factory shift gears? Thank you for your help. Jim. drwatson Posted January 18, 2013 Author Share Posted January 18, 2013 I think I solved my question; 49-50 Plymouths show defroster "ON" indicator to the right. A 52 Plymouth on ebay shows defroster "ON" to the left as on my piece. The factory went out of their way & changed the casting for some reason,:confused: maybe done by a committee??
