I got a bunch of busted up Buick wire caps (like 25 or so) from a guy at a swap meet years ago and I'm just looking to put several sets together from components I find from all over the place. I'm aware of the differences too. I even have a busted up set of Turbines I'm trying to do the same thing with. For some reason I love doing the same puzzle over and over and over again. I've got probably 11 - 12 of the turbines but only 7 that are good enough to work with. PM me and I'll give you my phone number. Both the early 63(tri-shield) and 64-later "R" wire caps, condition varies from beater to driver to near mint. Email me or PM me with what you need.
