Engine identification

You need to provide some more information about the engine, as the serial number itself is somewhat vague.

If we assume 1941 and earlier:

6 = Series 60 (Century)

3066115 = sequential number unique to engine, range for 1936 is 3,001,000 to 3,166,224

This makes the engine a 320.

If we assume 1942 and later:

6306611 = sequential number unique to engine, range for 1951 is 6,240,100 to 6,646,229

5 = Series 50 (Super)

This makes the engine a 263.

The 320 is about 6 inches longer than the 263, so we need some more information (like valve cover length) or pictures.
