click on them, they should get bigger. When I pulled the pan I found a pressurized oil system and counter balanced crank, just needs insert bearings and it would be perfect.

Note the fuel pump blankoff in Pic 1. Also the B intake manifold on an A exhaust manifold. Other differences are a fatter oil fill pipe, the timing pin slightly higher,the lever on the starter motor, mounts and flywheel housing.

The most significent difference between the Model A and Model B engine is the latter has pressure oiling instead of splash oiling of the crank journals.

That breath cap is different from any other aftermarket part that I have ever seen. Is there a name on it? Terry

WOW! Thanks for the photo's. I was not aware that the later 3 bolt water pump had not only the lube fittings on the other side of the casting, but they are also reversed. I would love to know what adaption this engine was used for. It hardly looks used!

checked the # and it was made in 33, I opened it up and its brand new, getting ready to drop it in with the new transmission that came with it but having problems with parts interchange on the transmission.

Trans has no place for the radius ball to bolt to and the U joint collar that bolts to the trans that I need is 6 bolt instead of 4 bolt. will post some pics after I repull the old trans.

Wife wont drive it unless the new trans with the syncros is in it.
