nzcarnerd
Wire wheels with exposed nuts and half hood of louvres makes it a 1929 model. A guess but it is probably a 621 (?). If it was possible to read the tyre size it would help. The 615 was 5.50, 621 was 6.00 and the 827 was 6.50.
