keiser31
What grade of oil do I use in my Delco-Lovejoy shock absorbers/dampeners on my 1931 Dodge Brothers?? Any tips appreciated. Thanks in advance. John
ply33
The fellow that rebuilt my Delco-Lovejoy lever arm shocks decades ago suggested hydraulic jack oil. I've also heard of people using motorcycle strut oil which apparently can come in different types depending on the desired resistance.
nickelroadster
I have always used hydraulic jack oil available at any parts store. I have heard the same about motorcycle fork oil but have never used it myself
