Hi, just wanted to do my first post here

let you all know about me and my ride

I am Louis of Aberdeen Wa,

I drive the 1931 Buick Sedan that Tom hanks drove in the movie Road to Perdition, it is a great car

but I am having trouble with the steering, it turns way to hard, I think it is the steering box,

I need one, anyone got one I can buy, or any ideas on how to fix it

email me at lbdass514@q.com

thanks

I will post more about the car later, or you can ask me anything you like about it

Welcome aboard SteelKnight.

I remember reading about that car earlier. If I recall correctly, the car is not stock so some of the normal suggestions you receive may not apply. For instance, if the engine and transmission have been changed, they may be heavier than original.

If I am not right, please forgive me, and follow directions from the Pre-War folk.

There is always Molygrease for lubing all the fittings. It is like millions of tiny ball bearings reducing friction in the moving front end parts. It is available at most farm equipment stores.
