RivVrgn
Need a line on a new ac condensor for my 65. Don't want a universal one. I want a new one, NOS, OE. Just not a universal. I found some a while back but I can't remember where I saw them. I guess it was hard to concentrate on AC when it's 10 degrees outside. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Joey
Jim Cannon
NOS will be tough. You will not accept a new condenser that was fabricated to the same dimensions as the original?
steelman
Check ebay. Classic Condenser Specialists in Anaheim has a reproduction that is a bolt in for the 65-66 Riviera. RivNut
Does anyone else think it's kind of weird that it fits a '65 with its down flow radiator but doesn't list it for the '63 or '64; and it says it will fit a '66 with it cross flow radiator, but wont' work on the 67-70 which is the same chassis/body. I thought it was interesting as well that they list 65 and 66 together. 67-70 may be a different part number as well, I have never looked. I just know I was impressed with the one I bought for my 63. RivVrgn
NOS will be tough. You will not accept a new condenser that was fabricated to the same dimensions as the original?Yes, I just mean I don't want one with four different mounting options or extra or different pieces on it ( tabs) or fittings that will reach with a little coaxing . I'm not judjing the car I just want something that is comparable to the original. Maybe I should have worded it like that.thanks Joey

It looks right. If nothing else I can send it back with a scathing review. Thanks Joey
