There's even more, but I don't have pictures. The land used to be owned by a 1700 Land Baron, who built a huge mansion overlooking the river below. The river was dammed for a NYC drinking supply and now the mansion overlooks a hugh reservoir in the background. The house has been mostly restored, with period correct furnishings. And is open to the public for tours .
