Jolly_John
Hi, Gang. I'm looking for the tall black plastic insulator that is used around the mast of the power antenna on 1963-65 Riviera. Just a little of this black plastic insulator shows from the outside when the antenna is installed, but it actually goes down quite a way into the fender on the hidden part of the main antenna mast. A photo of this insulator is shown below. The part is about 4-1/2" long. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this used part or reproduction? Thanks. RivNut
I can't find a picture of it in his online catalog, but Calvin Clark, Clarks's Corvair, listed an antenna mast insulator in his ad in the Jan/Feb Riview. The ad isn't in the most recent issue. You might give him a call.Ed
Ron Luchene
I bought a replacement from Clark's about three months ago. Part number is R288 and the price is $22.15.
