Mark Shaw
Mark, The easiest way is to find a wheel puller. It screws on like a hub cap & has a bolt in the center to jack the wheel away from the axle. There is an old timer's method, but try to find a puller first... Dwight Romberger
Mark,I don't know what the availability is for dodge wheel pullers, but if you need one made, George McMurtry makes them to order for $130.00. He does an incredible job. If you don't know the size, you can send him a hubcap. I just had one made for my Buick. He lives in Nebraska and his phone number is: 308-586-1930Dwight

keiser31
Make certain to adjust the brake shoes in so that they are away from the drums prior to removing the drums.
Guest rbl2
On my 26 Chevy I loosened the bolt on the axle a few turns, put a coter key back in it and drove it around the block a few times. The drums came right off by hand. They had easily not been removed in 20 years and possibly 30 at the time.
Larry Schramm
I second the comment by Dwight on the wheel puller by George. I got one and it was great job and worth every penny.
