Guest DeSoto Frank
Anybody know of some sources for OEM-style radiator / heater hose clamps ?Specifically, I'm looking for clamps for my '61 Rambler. The heater hoses take the "Corbin" type spring-clamps, and the radiator hoses take a stainless (?) band-clamp that has a screw perpendicular to the axis of the hose, and bears against a little "shoe" (think I've heard these referred to as "tower clamps" ?)Any leads ?Thanks ! msmazcol
McMaster Carr. Many sizes and different materials available. A bag of twenty five probably less than some want for four. I believe a tower clamps is the style with the screw and a square nut that never want to open after they get old. Corbin is the correct name for the spring type you are looking for.Good luck
