No Credit

Last year at Hershey I attended the judging class,one CJE and the apprentice judging on the field.

This year I attended the winter meet at Lakeland and at that event they said I had no points turned in from last year and I was not qualified to judge. I convinced them that I had attended Hershey and was able to judge.

My question is how could this happen?

I attended three different events and turned in cards for each event. Each card turned in went to three different people.

How could 3 cards be turned in and no record of my attendance be recorded?

Will I have the same problem from Lakeland?

How can I follow up to be sure my participation is recorded?

Did you fill out the cards and get your chips?

We hear this at every school, CJE, breakfast and team.

Did you fully fill out the card?

Did you put your AACA number down correctly?

Make sure the handwriting is legible. If it cannot be easily read the credits cannot be recorded.

Rod, you have a private email. We get very little complaints to this office about judging credits and in the case of myself it usually ends up "we" forgot to do something. In any case it will be looked into!
