Guest DodgeKCL
I believe your brake shoes are riveted on like both of my vehicles from the 30s? In that case you are only looking for brake "linings". I keep a few boxes of them on my shelf at all times. You just take off the old linings and rivet on new ones. It's fairly straight forword and you can do it yourself in your home shop. Some automotive shops in small towns will still do the job for you and supply the linings. They have to do it for older farm equipment. You'd be surprised what you can find just in your own neighborhood businesses.
