No i think I will just let her go, but yes I will find another one and fix it up just fine, the red one in SF is top of my list but I have some other things that i have to take care of before i can do anything.

no kidding, i love the sound and performace from my system, i did it a bit different used a little old glass pack but with a top of the line ansa twin tip exausts, low back pressure and a purrr/growl that makes me smile.
nothing to exotic, just a coil spring that slipps over the barrel of the strut with a washer top and bottom that has a od the size of the spring and id of the strut shaft. The spring needs a compressed lenght of no more than 1/2" or you bend stuff. To install you cut a slot in the 2 washers and slide it on and wrap the whole thing in black electic tape.
well i did the final upgrade to the nose badge, fully inlaid with full width bars (cut the old pentrident plastic out) and it looks "right" the way the factory should have made it.
