1. That is a beautiful car. On conceptcarz.com they have some great color pics of it. Look at that exhaust mmmmmmm. I've attached one pic here
2. I like the rear end and the side moldings but I agree with everyone else that says that the front end ruins the whole car.
3. Do you have a service that ships the cars? I am really interested in the black 88 with the grey interior. If you can ship it let me know about how much it would be to Denver,CO. Thanks, Kevin!
4. I'm definately interested in the Seattle run, that's gotta be one of my favorite cities in the US. I'm from Denver, CO and I doubt anyone wants to meet up here so I'm really lookin forward to any west coast gatherings. Let me know as plans progress.
5. Hahahaha. I hear these cars are right up there with the Ford Pacer as far as safety is concerned but my friend's got one and needs a good forum. I told him I doubt there's one as good as the Reatta forum but any help he can get is good.
6. Just so you don't think I'm an imposter, I do have a Reatta but I'm looking for a good site for info on the Pontiac Fieros. A good friend of mine just bought one and is looking for help on info and upgrades. If anyone knows of a really good forum (nothing can match this one) that he can get on, I would really appreciate any links. Thanks Kevin!
7. Autotrader.com has the best selection of Reattae out there. Every state seems to have at least one for sale. All price ranges from $2000 to $25000+. Red Devil is even for sale , the one with the spoiler and reversed hood.

Please Help

OK, I finally got it. It was the ignition module and the coil pack. Thank you all for your input, I know it's hard to diagnose a problem over the net but I appreciate all of your efforts. Thanks Kevin!

Please Help

Well, for future reference, the cat is welded on. I cut off the old one and can't find anywhere that has the direct fit cat so I'm gonna try the universal one. If this doesn't do it maybe the muffler is clogged so I'll try to blow that out with the air hose. Now, if that isn't the problem and I just wasted all this time and money on the cat, can anyone think of why it would shake so bad and have no power? Gas pedal floored for a block and I got up to 30MPH.

Please Help

OK guys, I got in the car and it started up. I am now sure it's not the battery or anything electrical. Now it seems to be running rather roughly and I have a rattle coming from under the car. There is also this weird smell. I think it could be my Catalytic converter. Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to change this on a reatta? Do I need to weld anything or is it a bolt on?

Please Help

One more thing. I have an 89 and there's not much documentation on the diagnostics so if anyone can help give me instructions on how to check them that would be great. Kevin!

Please Help

The service engine light comes on, yes. I have to leave for work now but I'll check the diagnostics when I get off tonight. The motor isn't turning over and tomorrow I'm going to pull a fuel line and see if it is getting gas, if not I suppose pulling the valve cover and checking the cam is my next step unless there's something else I should check first. Thanks

Please Help

My Reatta died . I was driving, doin about 30MPH and it just stopped. I tested the alternator, starter, and battery and they are all fine so I'm wondering what else could have happened. Maybe my timing chain or fuel pump? Any thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kevin!
15. Nice. I'm in the planning stages of my new stereo. So far all I know is, it's gonna be LOUD!!! P.S. Matthewlawe, send me a message when you plan on comin, maybe we can meet up. I'm in Denver.
16. Stoker, please let us know what it cost and approx how long it takes. I have a bit of a leak on my passenger side to but wouldn't mind replacing both sides.
17. I was told by my brother-in-law (a mechanic of 20 years) that when buying a car this old with 113K miles I should probably flush the fuel system. He suggested that I grab a can of BG 44K ($23) and add it to at least a half tank. WOW! The best $23 I've spent on this car so far. Not only is my fuel economy better, but the increase in power is amazing. It helped restore lost power and lost gas mileage in a single tank. Just a thought for any of you who have not heard of or tried this yet. P.S. You can get it at NAPA. PepBoys, Checker, and Autozone do not carry it.
18. Just curious if you have something against center caps? If I recall you didn't have any on your original wheels either lol. They're lookin good man, check out the pics of my 18" wheels (with center caps) :-)
19. I was browsing through some reatta sites and found these pics from the 4th Annual Reatta Rendezvous and Buick Centennial Celebration July in Flint, Michigan and I need to know what this car is. Is it the Reatta of the future? Has anyone else asked GM/Buick if they are gonna remake the Reatta for it's 20th Anniversary or if there are any plans to do so in the future? Any info would be great. Thanks.
20. I am 30, male, from Denver. Got my Black/Saddle 89 Reatta in April of this year. I have wanted to get one since about 94 when I first noticed them. Something was always preventing me from getting one, either already having a car and not being able to get another or just not having the money to get one. They used to be very hard to find here but since I bought mine I have seen at least 4 for sale here. About the only thing I need to replace is the alternator, not bad for 112K miles .
21. what color is the interior and is it in good condition? Maybe post a couple of interior pics.
22. ebay has a Carputer with a 1Ghz CPU, 256MB RAM, 40GB Hard drive and a 7" touch screen lcd....they're pretty cheap, about $400. They install like an aftermarket stereo and I'll be installing one in the next month or so. I'm also looking into satellite internet service so I can surf and download while I'm out
23. Hey alexhouston, how about posting some pics of your Riviatta...I'm kinda curious to see how it looks
24. Thanks Barney. I'm bleeding the system tomorrow
