Well, I'll need to have a look, but, I can tell you that it has some surface rust on the inside lower part. There are no holes and it is a solid fender, but, it's not perfectly clean...no used fender is. NOS fenders are practically non existant. Matt rickson195@aol.com

In response to the post above, I'm happy to say that T/A Performance DID NOT rework any molds. They started with brand new molds, which are available in either St.1 or St.2 configuration. Either will flow better than Buick heads ever will. Matt

Sir, 4bbl manifold, dual exhaust and recurved distributer will help dramatically. These are bolt on modifications that can be done on a Saturday. Go for a free flow muffler...Flowmaster or Straightline Performance mufflers. Don't skimp on the mufflers. If you have time and money... install an aftermarket camshaft in addition to the above. If you have more time and money... pull the motor and have it bored, balanced and blueprinted. Go for 9.5 - 10:1 compression ratio. Yes, and gears. Lots of books available to guide your way. Call T/A Performance and request a catalog. Read Steven Dove's book on Buick motors. Hope this helps, Matt

You're probably right about the rubber, but, the sheet metal, bumpers, mechanical, electrical and plastic parts equal a gold mine to someone trying to restore or preserve a car like that.
