1. You are correct, I just called Tirerack and it is 5x100. Oh well, back to plan #1.
 2. Question: Was the 1991 Buick Skylark front wheel drive? Tirerack has a wider selection of wheels for the model.
 3. The wheel I ordered from tirerack has a 40mm offset, I should be fine. I was worried there for a second with those wider tires(225x60/16). I had dreams of those young cats with the tires sticking out a foot or more from the fender.
 4. I just ordered one 225x60 tire(dB) with a 16x7.5 wheel from Tirerack. If it fits I will order the other three. My original wheels were chromed, I guess they go in the closet.
 5. I see I called you Barry sorry!
 6. Barney I hope I spelled your name correctly last night; tirerack has a lot of nice GM (front-drive) wheels, but limited for the Reatta. What year does the interchange end or is it any 5x115 bolt pattern?
thanks in advance
 7. The thing that holds down the resale price are: miles and body condition. Your seems like a low mileage car. I recently puchased a 89 from a friend he needed a van due to a new family member. He started at $3000 for a blue coupe with 112K, original paint. I saw a red/tan '91 in the Autotrader with lower mileage for $2600. He said red was not the best looking color, then I discovered '91 had a different steering wheel/dash. I liked the 88/89 look; he lowered the price for a quick sale to $2300. But, the driver window motor and both headlight motors needed replacing $500. I still need to sink a couple thousand more into her. My engine runs strong however.
The used car market is slow since the dealers announced zero new car financing; people are not stupid.
If you can I would keep it, in another 2 or 3 years it will probably bring $10,000.
That's not a bad investment.
Maybe you have a new family member.
 8. Thanks I will give it a shot in the a.m. I have been lucky since it has not rained much over the pass two months, but all of that is changing now.
 9. Okay, Barry same question to you.
 10. Thanks, Trofeo my manual has not arrived yet;where do I start snaking the wire from? How do I gain access, I looked at the sunroof with the top open and didn't see any drainage holes or place to run a wire.
 11. Fastguy was that clunking problem solved?
I hear a similar problem coming from my passenger rear, near the wheel well. Mainly at highway speeds and when I put on the brakes.
 12. Great my sunroof leaks after a rain, soon as I drive off water pours at the ashtray from above. Only for a couple of seconds.
Not good!!
 13. I've only had my 89' coupe for a month, my only set of wheels; my Lexus SC400 coupe was coming off lease so said it was time for a change. The Reatta feels more like a real car that the Lexus; but I don't like a car making all kind of strange noises and water pouring down from the sunroof trim; so I still have some work to do here.
The SC400 was the only car I ever owned and I have owned many that didn't have not one mechanial problem in three years of ownership. However, I was never happy with the way the engine sounded, even after Borla exhaust or the handling until I had it lowered. I did love the Nakamichi sound system.
I feel lucky to have owned a Porsche while I lived in Germany, the land of the autobahn.
More support is what we need!
 14. Thanks for the speedy reply!
I hope I don't have as much trouble finding the source as you did.
 15. The AC/Delco site lists two spark wire sets for a 1989 one with a Magnavox ignition module and one with a Delco module.
How do I tell which one I need?
 16. Your numbers look good, but the tool <stole it> posted comes up with different figures.
 17. Thanks, but that was not the homepage, I found it.
What type of struts do you have on your auto.
I don't know whether to go with the Monroe or the Road Response silver which come in two different types for the front, plus the Reactek for the front. Do I need the mounting kits too??
 18. Padgett good choice in tire I just read the reviews at Tirerack. I will probably go with Yokohama DB's which are cheaper than your.
 19. 2seater recheck your numbers.
 20. Best place to look is Auto Trader.com
http://atlantaclassifieds.autotrader.com/?LNX=Natlntaclasified

 22. Will the radio handle 2 ohm speakers all around??
 23. I think will start with a nice port and polish head job, here in Atlanta $750 walk-in. I don't want to change the compression or cam. I enjoy being able to purchase regular.
I like my engine it starts first turn of the key. 113K miles, the transmission makes funny sounds occasionally.
http://www.newcovenant.com/firebird/howthingswork.htm
 24. I had a long wait in a office lounge today, and the November auto mag on the table was a buyers guide and a pretty good one at that.......all the new Buicks sedans had 3800 V-6s and they all had a minimum 200 horses, and some had a lot more.
HELLO...where are the Reatta engine upgrade parts at.
200 sounds like the magic number to me.
The love for a car starts and ends with the engine.
Is swapping out motors the answer?
 25. The website www.rockauto.com has a excellent layout for Reatta parts, especially for beginners.
Under suspension where is a host of struts available. Does someone known the difference in the types? Sorry if a typo I couldn't cut and paste.
1.Monroe Frt Sensa Trac 58.26
2.Monroe Rear Sensa Trac 68.99
3.AC Delco Frt Road Response Sil 54.69
4.AC Delco Rear Road Response 54.69
5.Monroe Rear Limited 71965 66.59
6.Monroe Frt Monro-Matic Plus 46.89
7.AC Delco Frt Reactek Gas-Cush 76.62
8.AC Delco Frt Road Response 352 54.69
http://www.rockauto.com/
