  1. Try contacting Paul Shinn (Paul Shinn - YouTube) or Facebook (facebook.com/paulshinn.ford). His videos have been helpful.
  2. Thanks for the help everyone, the chassis parts catalog shows two type of air cleaners for the '37 3C, a Burgess Air Cleaner (P/N #190121) and a AC Air Cleaner (P/N #190437). After the information shared, I would think the original decal was for a car after the 1954 merger. I don't know, maybe someone with a '54 or later can share. Studebaker-International (https://www.studebaker-intl.com/catalog_pdf/fuel.pdf) has the decal I shared on page 188, for maybe a '53-54 Champion and Commander. Overall, the most important part is keeping another '37 3C on the road and enjoying the drive. Cheers Will
  3. Terry Bond@ this helps explaine why Ford's stock price is trading at $11.76 today - 😝. The front and rear quater panels are not dimentioned equally to save some manufacturing costs. Flame pin stripes improve the curb appeal.
  4. Excellent, sadly winter is coming. It may be 5 months until the next drive. Cheers Will
  5. Spent most of the day looking for a garden bench design with an optional heater for the better half. I ended up at the US Patent Office and found this very functional design. I found a patent by Studebaker for heaters under the front seat submitted in 1938 with possible production in late 1938, 1939 or 1940. The better half was overwhelmed with joy for my find. With that said, I was wondering if fellow owners could post photos of the heaters and routing of the supply/return hoses.
  6. @37S2de - I've seen the oil catcher shown. I remember watching grandpa make them from the tin Budweiser cans he kept in the garage. He was pretty much a shade-tree mechanic. It took him 3 or 4 cans before he had the right shape, so he said. 😎 @edinmass Thanks for the contact. Much appreciated Cheers
  7. Correct, use Olson's Gaskets. The Euro to the US dollar is 1 to 1 Engine Gaskets for the Antique Market - Olson's Gaskets (olsonsgaskets.com) or Olson's Gaskets - Home | Facebook
  8. waiting for a successful report
  9. Can a photo of the connection to the radiator cap be provided? Thanks in advance Will
  10. @Gary_Ash Did you complete the modifications discussed about on the cooling fan pulley? Regards Will
