what is it?

my dear friend whom of which got super lucky and recently picked up a '31 packard rollston all weather town car 7 passenger limousine. (his first ever custom bodied car) is hoping that once restored (which will be a tough task, but totally worth it!) that he will get a pebble beach invite! and if that happens, we will defiantly will be down there! maybe 2-3 years from now??? time will tell.

i wanna bump this to hopefully find out what happened to this henney... it sold to a guy down in florida. he didnt tell me much after he was the winning bidder except that he didn't want any of the hearse specific body panels except the cowl/front clip and the rear fenders. told me to keep/toss the hearse body parts. so i'm assuming he was intending to make some type custom bodied but period correct car of some type..... well its been almost 7 years so i'd think by now that provided money was not an issue it would have been turn't into something by now.

do these look like they'd be for a rear axle? for which car?

i got a pair of these mid 30's looking light buckets. they have pivot points like a running board lights but i've never seen bullet shaped buckets like these???

what would these be and what from? they are fancy looking and they have a spring that pulls the rod in.....

so i bought the 49 woody, the 55 400, and the mid engine air cooled 1940 white horse, while my friend bought the 2 31 packards. he will be heading the the packard nationals to find parts and view any archives for them two. the regular sedan has period pinstripping and the owners initials on the door.

i thought they were old headlight bucket retainers but i dont think so now. anyone have an idea?

question on this one since i'm here....it looks just like a 28-29 caddy except all the ones ive seen have a caddy crest medallion instead of this ''8'' medallion this one has. is it for a different model or gm product???

i have 3 of these unmarked hubcaps that i cant figure what for? the one looks slightly different so maybe different year or is a front and the other 2 rears(or vise versa) anyone here know?
