The car was designed by the Jensen Brothers when they worked for Avon coach builders. The Chassis is from the Standard Motor Company and the Body was a custom build from Avon. It has a wonderful original patina. This car was part of the Harrah's Casino car collection for over 40 years. It was purchased after Bill Harrah passed away. There are very few of these cars in existence with this originality. I only know of 6 still around and not many are running. I've posted this as the weather is getting better and I believe it would be great for someone to have for the summer to enjoy. Leif: The Standard Catalog of American Cars, 1805-1942, edited by Kimes and Clark, states the Light Six Model EJ was introduced April 1920, the engine a 207.1 ci L-head six (cast enbloc) cast iron block (aluminum cylinder head). It doesn't state whether the bloc was aluminum painted or otherwise finished. Steve
