b6vt
What about McPherson, Kansas, Home of McPherson College. The only 4 year accredited college where a student can get a bachelor's degree in auto restoration. Theinstruction facility is amazing. Jay Leno is a benefactor. I am an alum (graduated with a degree in Biology). Glenn Lorei b6vt

Beltfed
As I used to be in the Tennessee National Guard, Tennessee is one day's drive to over 1/2 the population of the U.S. The National Guard used this as a selling point to build a national training center half way between Nashville and Knoxville. The area is somewhat rural. The plan fell thru when the locals strongly objected to guys firing heavy artillery around their farms. It makes cows quit producing milk. The guys making moonshine did like the idea of all those GI's around. Nashville with all it's tourist things to do would be a good place and it's not in the Smokies, we East Tennesseeians refer to people from Nashville as 'Flatlanders'. As a sidebar, you haven't had breakfast until you eat at the 'Loveless Cafe' outside Nashville. Just ask Paula Dean.
