crazycars
Do any of you know of a source for a replacement throw out bearing retainer for 29 (and similar) Plymouth? My original is made of pot metal and is crumbling. Is there a possibility that Chrysler ones might work?
frank29u
A fellow 29 owner had a friend of his mill one from aluminum. Also made a distributor base. Model A bearing retainer is close to Ply and could possibly be massaged to fit. You would need to measure as I have not.good luck, frank

pre1939chrysler
I have them but I don't think you would want mine as in the past you 'would change your mind.
pre1939chrysler
Never look a gift horse in the mouth . That bearing slide is still in the box of parts you ordered from me but cancelled because you had a better offer. Some times more isn't better.I always make sure my customers get everything they need. That part would have been free. Now you are looking for the paddle.Good luck !
