Ron42Dodge Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Rich, That is a 1942 dodge hood ornament with a broken tail end. Should be almost 4" longer. The part number should be deep inside the underside of the base. probably 972678. Only the 42 has the 3 stripes above the ass of the ram. Not sure if they represents a noise.
