Here in the states I went to the oldest locksmith shop I could find. He blew the dust off an old Yale book, looked up the number and cut the key. If they had Yale locks in Sweden then they should be able to help you there. The actual lock tumbler is universal to all Yale locks for that era and not specific to Buick or the auto industry.
