West Peterson Posted June 22, 2005 Share Posted June 22, 2005 Still in the Harrah collection, although the museum is now called the National Motor Museum, Reno, Nevada. The car was originally built for a Mr. Heinz (57 Flavors fame). I believe it has 1936-37 Cord running gear and basic frame (although the Cord didn't really have a frame). Guest De Soto Frank Posted June 22, 2005 Share Posted June 22, 2005 Looks like the dash instruments and steering wheel are from a coffin-nose Cord...With those small vents in the hood, I wonder if this buggy tended to run hot ?I also am curious if those are late '20's Woodlites frenched under the fenders...Definitely a wild car...
