35 Dodge voltage regulator

Hello Grandpadodge,

Is your regulator just broken, or missing? Perhaps it could be repaired? It is a simple two coil type and you might try a farm tractor supply house. They are usually not as fast with the "Sorry we don't have data that far back" or some similar negative response.

If your regulator mounts on top of the generator and is a REGULATOR, not a CUT OUT then it is probably the same as on my '36. I located a NOS regulator. It is an Autolite # 9-8, noted old part # as TC-4301-B. Maybe Napa store can interchange this #. Some 'old line' parts houses still have the ability to READ AN AUTO PARTS CATALOG !!! Hope this helps

For this same 35 dodge I am also looking for a complete passenger side tail light with stand and the correct chrome bezel for the drivers side. Any ideas?
