Grimy Posted July 24 Share Posted July 24 We have seen these photos before. The car is a Series 81 (smaller series) *sedan* not a limousine (no division glass). "Fair" condition????? 🙂 Beware the aluminum head, used only on the 81s and on the last 500 1927 Series 80s, but the cast iron S80 head (1925-27) interchanges, but those in uncracked condition are hard to find and worth about $1,000. The S81 was a slightly more modern body on the S80 chassis with few mechanical changes. But this appears to be a storage auction, so it would be an excellent parts car for $1,000 or less (maybe even $1,500). 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
