Studebaker Hubcaps

Please refer to the picture below. It show three Studebaker Hubcaps.
Now, I realise that this same style Hubcap was used from 1959-1963.
However, I believe that Studebaker painted them differently to distinguish the years.
You will notice that the top Hubcaps has the "S" painted red.
On the second Hubcap, white paint was added and more again on the third Hubcap.
Can anyone help me to put a year against each of these three Hubcaps?

Painted differently for years, and models.  And yours showing, unless Canadian(?) have had some paint removed.  Fred K. Fox has made up a nice chart illustrating the usage of these caps, showing paint colors and model applications.
