Ronabi
On a model A sedan or coupe on the outside of the windows require a rubber seal to prevent rain or water from going inside the doors?
hook
I think it was the rubber window seating channel that had a lip on the outside that went up against the window opening metal when the window was up. Of course this was always rotted off. Check into Snyder's Antique Auto Parts. They have model A trim pieces.
pont35cpe
I don`t know about Ford. Pryor to 1937 GM cars just had a roller, no sweep, and a gap for dirt, leaves, trash, and rain to accumulate in the bottom of the doors resulting in the lower portion of the doors to rot off. I added the GM 40s style of window sweeps on my 35`-36` Buick/Pontiac.
