Top Saddle Early to Mid Teens?

Another long shot - here's a top saddle from a mid-sized car, probably ca. 1912-1918. It's cast as opposed to stamped, and it has a nice rubber insert, which makes me think its from a fairly high-quality car. The number 430-A appears on the underside. Anyone recognize this?

Strange mounting setup which may identify it closer.  Looks like the ones Buick used otherwise.

I had a 1924 Studebaker touring that used that style of split shaft to mount them in a body bracket. I’m not 100% as it’s been 24+ years since I sold it but it’s worth asking in that section.
