One of none two tone paint. All '60 Larks had monotone paint jobs. It would have looked better if the panel between the tail lights had been painted the lighter tone.

Looks like a little rust on the rockers under the doors, both sides. It may not be anything serious, but my experience with Studebakers would require a close inspection. Fenders and frames are always suspect, too.
