Crusty Trucker Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 1941: One of the last two horse-drawn mail carts used by the Spokane Post Office for downtown mail delivery sits beside the original 1909 federal building on Riverside Court, a small side street used by postal delivery vehicles.
