Leif in Calif Posted February 16 Share Posted February 16 A high school friend (class of '67) had one of these, in just about this condition, (except it ran). There was a big field behind the school and it became partially flooded in the winter. For some reason (actually because we were teen age boys) We decided to use it to do "spin outs". Another friend had a frog eye sprite and he drove out at about 30mph and cranked the wheel, spinning like a top. Then the friend with the Packard Limo did it and the same thing happened but in slow motion...a perfect demonstration of angular momentum. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
